1. How do I place an order?
a. Visit mbci.entripyshops.com to place an order. Choose the items you wish to purchase and any customizations you wish to include. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email thanking you for your purchase and containing your order reference details. Orders are shipped from a production facility in Oakville, Ontario within 4-7 business days, typically via UPS standard ground delivery service.
2. How do I customize my order?
a. Each item provides you with the option for full customization, allowing you to make each piece your own! Under the “Choose Design” section on each product page you can choose from various logo designs and placements, add additional logos, and include your own personalization. Depending on the item, the logo can be embroidered or digital printed. One logo is included in the base price of every item. Additional logos and personalizations can be applied for an additional cost.
3. How do I know what size to order?
a. A sizing guide is available for your use on each product page. The sizing guide provides you with any applicable measurements for the garment (ex. length, width, sleeve length, etc.), as well as a description of how to take the measurements on a garment currently in your possession. Please be sure to measure and order accordingly. Orders cannot be cancelled or returned because of incorrect sizing.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
a. The MBCI Entripy Shop accepts payments using Visa or Mastercard.
5. How much does shipping cost?
a. Shipping costs vary, depending on your order size and shipping location. Shipping discounts (ex. free shipping on orders over a certain dollar amount) are often available and detailed on the Entripy site. You may wish to connect with another MBCI family and bundle your orders to take advantage of such deals and save on shipping costs. Items cannot be shipped outside of Canada.
6. Can I cancel or return my order?
a. Due to the custom nature of the products, returns or order cancellations are not permitted. Be sure to use the sizing charts provided for each item and ensure you have selected the correct item and logos prior to checking out.
7. What if there is a manufacturing defect with my product or I received an incorrect product?
a. Please reach out to the Entripy Customer Service Team via phone (1-866-232-3975) or email info@entripyshops.com with all questions related to manufacturer’s defects or incorrect products.
