Family Referral Program

As current MBCI families, it is your stories about MBCI – and your perspective about your children’s learning, opportunities and relationships – that help inspire prospective students and families to want to learn more.

Receive a $500 tuition credit if your referral of a new family leads to the enrollment of their child(ren) at MBCI. Additionally, the new family will receive the same $500 tuition credit.

Program Guidelines
  • The program is open to all MBCI families (including international, grandparents and employees).
  • Referred families must be new to MBCI (does not apply to siblings of current families).
  • There is no limit to the number of families that can be referred, however, the tuition credits cannot exceed the referring family’s tuition fees.
  • The tuition credit is per family referred, not per student.
  • The referring family must complete and submit a Family Referral Form on the MBCI website at mbci.mb.ca by October 1 of each year.
  • The referred family must follow the regular enrollment process. The final decision for student acceptance rests with MBCI administration.
  • To receive the tuition credits, the referred family must be enrolled and attending on September 30.
  • The tuition credits will be applied to the referring and referred families in November.
  • Tuition credits hold no cash value, are non-refundable and are not eligible for tax receipts.
  • At the referring families’ discretion, the tuition credits can be designated to another family’s tuition or the MBCI Bursary or Capital Funds.
