Grade 9 Term 2 & 3 notes

Finishing up Term 2...ProWriting #4 regarding stories and what inspires us should be completed and on the shelf in your class' section in room 5101. The last week of term 2 will comprise reading "A Family Affair" in class and completing a "Wanted Poster" based on the story. Please remember to bring pencil crayons.

Term 3 quick notes...

For Term 3, the focus will be Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream". Mrs. Boese will teach the bulk of the play, while I teach some background on Shakespeare, essay writing and sonnets. The coming weeks will fly by as the weather begins to warm up and we make our way toward final exams. Let's stay focused and have a good time learning together!

Don't forget the beginning Friday, February 26th, Independent Reading will happen every Friday.
