"The first step to controlling your world is to control your culture. To model and demonstrate the kind of world you demand to live in. To write the books. Make the music. Shoot the films. Paint the art.”  - Chuck Palahniuk

Teacher Bio:

I am an alumnus of MBCI, and after spending so many years within its walls, I have come to really appreciate what it has to offer. MBCI is a school that strives to nurture autonomous and engaged learners who celebrate high achievement, who embrace and grow from their mistakes, who are strong in the face of adversity, who explore the world through art, sport, language, science, and spirituality, and who attempt to live ethically, with awareness, generosity, and compassion. As a teacher, it is my goal to help students do all of these things in profound, challenging, and meaningful ways.

Currently, I teach Grade 12 English Transactional, Grades 9-11 Dramatic Arts, and Grade 10 English. Please use the following links to access course outlines and information regarding major assignments, projects, and tests. Also, feel free to contact me with any questions, comments or concerns that you may have. I greatly look forward to working with you this year.
