Helping Haiti

There have been a number of student-teacher initiated fundraising efforts in January.

• The grade 7 students and Mrs. McDowell raised over $700 for MCC relief.
• Mrs. Boersma and her students raised $150 for Absolute (Relief organization in Haiti) with a bake sale.
• A group effort of Bible teachers & students raised almost $1000 for MCC during our Spiritual Emphasis Week.

We are encouraged to see the generosity of our students as they look beyond themselves with a desire to help those less fortunate.
